How LHIMS offers options for Mobility
LHIMS is a comprehensive and highly flexible medical information management software platform. As such it caters not just to tertiary care facilities but also to primary and community care service providers.
At the community level, healthcare staff have to go out into the community several times a week to carry out screening, information dissemination and home visits. LHIMS enables staff to use their mobile phones and access either the web version of LHIMS or simplistic mobile apps which can operate even when there is no access to the internet.
LHIMS also offers apps for epidemiologists and field workers to capture event information as well as disease details to run surveillance operations.
